Pay as You Go
Charged at a fixed hourly rate for copy typing or a per minute rate for audio transcription for businesses who only require a few hours a month.
The rate per minute for transcription files allows clients to see exactly how much they will be charged for each recording (this is dependent upon a good quality recording), please feel free to contact me for a quote.
Price List
Pay as you go copy typing per hour
A minimum charge of one hour, charged at 15 minute increments thereafter. This applies to basic copy typing, please get in touch for a bespoke quotation.
Audio Transcription Per Minute
3 – 5 working days £1.00
48 hr turnaround £1.20
Next Day £1.30
Same Day £1.50
There is a Minimum Charge of £5.00 for under 5 minutes of dictation
Interview Transcription Per Minute (2 people speaking)
3 – 5 working days
Verbatim £1.20
Intelligent Verbatim £1.10
Within 48 Hours
Verbatim £1.40
Intelligent Verbatim £1.30
A charge of £0.10 will be added for every additional person speaking.
These rates apply to good quality and audible recordings, if the recordings are not of good quality please indicate this upon submission and this will be discussed before proceeding.
Any errors made by HSS will be amended free of charge if notified within 7 days. Changes/amendments made by the client will be charged at original rate.

£20.00 per hour
Postage, printing, and stationery are charged as extra at cost.
Special Projects
Quotes can be provided for one-off projects dependent upon individual requirements. Please contact me if you would like a quote or to discuss a specific project.
