Terms & Conditions

A minimum fee of 1 hour will be charged for all assignments, after which the client will be billed for every 15 minutes of work undertaken.

 

Increased rates may apply if work is required outside of normal working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

 

Alterations and corrections – the final proof reading of all work is the responsibility of the client.  Any errors must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the completed work and will be changed or corrected free of charge.

 

Whilst every precaution is taken to prevent system failure, Hagley Secretarial Solutions cannot be held liable for any loss whatsoever due to computer, power or telephone line failure.

 

All stationery or postage is charged at cost.

 

It is recommended that clients use secure posting methods where necessary as Hagley Secretarial Solutions cannot be held liable for any loss incurred should documents get lost in the post.

 

Payment

 

Payment can be made either by cheque or by bank transfer and should be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice.  Bank details provided on request.  Retainer packages should be paid monthly in advance.

 

Confidentiality

 

HSS provides a professional and confidential service.  All work is treated in the strictest confidence and any client information would never be disclosed without client’s prior consent.  Confidentiality Agreement will be signed at the request of client.  Any paperwork provided by the client will be returned or destroyed on completion in line with the client’s instructions.
